Data & Analytics Primer

After many years of helping clients with a wide range of data and analytics challenges, we see very few clients doing data well. Often, they:

• aren’t quite sure where to start on their cloud data journey – stuck right at the beginning
• have tried, unsuccessfully, to build data capability – need a reset
• want to take advantage of AI/ML but know their data isn’t ready – need to do some basics first

All of this causes delay in getting started (or re-started).

The data maturity assessment is based on industry best practice and covers the following areas:

An assessment report is produced that maps maturity on a 1-5 scale for each criteria with recommendations and next steps based on the outcome of the assessment.

The data and analytics Proof of Concept using a serverless data lake architecture and an extract, load, transform (ELT) data ingestion approach, provisioned via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Products used are:
